The objectives of the Apostolic Work are in essence the same to-day as in 1923 when the association was founded by Agnes McCauley.

Knocknacarra Parish Branch meet once a week on Tuesdays 2pm - 3pm in StJoseph's Room. ( back of the church ) The association is open to all to participate in the mission of the church by prayer and giving practical help through fund raising. People who crochet, knit or sew are very welcome but these are not a requirement for membership.
